Hello RockyMtMadDog...nice to see you again. I've been asking you this question on several different threads, just want to see what your answer might be? Our former MEC chairman said that our contract, and I don't quote, was the best in the whole wide world, ever. I had lunch today with another Air Guard pilot that works for UPS. He just entered his 13th month of service. His pay went from 39/hr to 149/hr. I am in year 8, and I make 128/hr. His reserve guarantee is 81/hr, ours is 72/hr. I'll let you do the math on that one. I won't even mention their pension, vacation, min day, etc...My question is, which one of us is working under the best contract in the whole wide world, ever? I won't even discuss my friends at the guard that fly for FedEx and SWA. You can bark about PS and pay tables all day long. I looked at his first year 2 pay stub compared to mine at year 8. Guess which one was better? Feel free to respond to this thread if you want to...or continue to argue for the current Dalpa statu quo if you'd like. I'll be waiting for your response.
