There is one massive issue, a +2% tweak is a gain. They said that would never happen.
This TA was a mistake, and the sales strategery was a colossal failure in it's sales job was a major mistake. They got themselves in a bind and I'm sure RA and the company are face palming ALPA's sales tactics.
you are presuming it won't be offset by further concessions that make it even more cost neutral!
