The sick section is why I voted no. The part I was posting was on the requirement to release medical records which was put out as all new massive change to our sick program. In fact I now know it's been around in every contract since at least 1990. I have not heard of a single case in all those years where something dire happened as a result. I am fine with that section. What I dont like is the verification section.
But, after our discussion, you see that the failed TA's medical release policy was a massive change to our sick program, right?
The TA kept good faith basis for requesting a medical release and added the medical release threshold to go along with it.
Did someone tell you that the good faith basis went away? Or, is that something you just assumed?
