Getting hired outside the SSP was rare. Now that FO's can interview, it is very rare. There are still about 90 ( I think) this year that are going to Delta. 180 in 2016 and 2017, and then 240? Per year starting 2018. So from now until the end of 2018, about 700 pilots from 9E will be at Delta. That is about half of the airline. When you add in other pilots leaving to UA, AA, SWA, AK, FedEx, etc. there is going to be some fast movement. Well as long as we can get guys coming in at the bottom.
