The attrition varies. Maybe 3 a month leaving. A couple more retiring in the next 6 months. So far they are hiring 6 a month for the rest of the year. . Reserve is not fun here. 10-11 days off. They fly you a lot now. If the pay doesn't get adjusted and hiring continues at places that pay twice as much as SCA there will be a constant revolving door here.
