OP: If you're willing to relocate to the Columbus area, consider Ohio State. We've been hiring off the street for awhile now to cover CFI attrition. The monthly flight hours aren't great (45 to 60 on average), but the quality of the training, environment, and name recognition are worth noting. I've highly enjoyed my time here.
SeaPort airlines would also be an option if you want to avoid instructing. They've hired 300TT pilots who do well in the interview to fly Caravans in scheduled part 135 passenger ops. They have a significant Memphis base. Have heard some negative things lately from pilots about their operation though, so do your homework.
