The backgrounds have varied wildly. That said, I believe everyone hired so far had at least
some type of turbine time.
To answer the other questions - yes, yes, yes, and yes. As I mentioned, no two new hires are alike other than having good customer service backgrounds. I think it comes down to personality more than anything.
