You need 1200 TT to be a PIC under 135 IFR. 1500TT for the 121 side. Regionals often require more than just the ATP mins. At SkyWest for example, the jet upgrade is at a year but you need 2500 TT, thus many people are upgrading ahead of pilots above them on the seniority list.

Somewhere like Ameristar would probably be one of your best bets. I think their mins are 1200TT and you could go directly into the left seat of a turbine A/C. Another route: Regionals like great lakes will upgrade you (at this time) when you get the ATP mins.
