Sorry but I disagree here. A buddy of mine was given the interview because of OBAP last year. He talked to an FO who directly told him he would put his name in and to expect a call in a few months. Two months later he got the call and was subsequently hired. He had no fix it emails, no strong recs, nada...without a doubt it was OBAP.
