They find plenty of pilots who still want to come here. They got away with paying a 3k, 7k bonus last time, after 4 years of negotiation. Why would they rush and get a TA so quickly ? They still have a few years before we might see some people leave for better pasture.
I believe that's the point of a more focused negotiations. The company can't delay to just delay. the less we need to tweak, the sooner we get a TA or go to arbitration (theoretically)
