Currently Endeavor's training department is flowing good, with very little delay. And they have a SSP to Delta... am I off base here?
I wouldn't hold out for any company. Also CVG wont be the only base opening if it does open they have 60+ more planes coming and its to small for that many. The others are pretty much full, so I would bet if they don't open a hub base they will have to open at least 2 outstation bases. Commuting to rsv on a one hour flight is worse than commuting on a 5 hour flight to a line. I've talked to a couple of PSA guys who turned down AA for SAP, but there's lifers at every regional.
IMO I wouldn't go to Endeavor because your just inheriting what so many 7-8 year FO's left, that's why the bonus is there. To me, its pretty much an admission that no good things will happen there for such a long time.
Right now, I would look very hard at Piedmont, then PSA, if your 6 months or more away from ATP mins I would look at Eagle, by then you may be able to see past the horizon over there.
AWAC and Go-jets contracts run out before your next CFI renewal
You'll draw social security before you upgrade at XJT
RAH is circling the drain, so far this year
If your currently employed, your making more than you will at Mesa
Other than AAG WO's , that leaves SKW, Compass, and TSA. of those three I believe Compass's AA contract is shorter than your upgrade there will be so that's out.
Pretty much leaves Tsa or skw, 6-1 half dozen to the other, or Horizon if you live in the Pacific northwest.
