Ok. Was a little confused about the TK memorabilia and schoolhouse comment. I agree that pilots do a great job meeting and then operate as a team using CRM/TEM.

I feel that even apart from Regan the corporate environment of the late 70s on is what allowed CEOs of all industries to start the deconstruction of employees, pensions and pay to what we have today and our main driver was Lorenzo. I really can't even stand his name but I feel that so many CEOs today would do the same thing if they could.
