It was a terrible idea. A nearly useless disability pittance to get the new sick leave policy to pass. Along with the four vac day moves , it was designed as the bare minimum "sugar" to make the bad medicine go down.

I did not fall for it.

We need a real sick bank not that pathetic disability bank offer. IVD is a good idea... IF you give me four more vacation days. Our whole vacation benefit is currently at the BOTTOM of the industry.
