5 towns motor inn. They cater to airlines. Call ahead to see if they have space. They are literally at the JFK boundary. Free pickup and drop off. They'll also drop you off at the train if you want to go into the city. It used to be $111.00 out the door, but it's been at least 5 years since I stayed there.
Greek place across the street is as good as Greek gets. There's a diner a short walk down the street that has amazing paella.
