In the newsletter it said they are talking about a contract extension though. You guys think it would be better or worse to extend the current contract instead of trying to negotiate for a new one?
I think it needs to be improved while we have leverage. They need us in a bad way right now. They also need to hire a lot more FO's. The Union needs to step up and put the screws to em. I'm not ok with just a contract extension right now. If we wait until they (management) has the leverage again, we will get screwed.
