Lobaeux, what the hell has happened to you recently brotha'?

You USED to always have smart posts that were very humble and written with intelligence.

But a few things that have been covered;

1) It was about income, NOT experience.

Although YES, most of the airlines hire more qualified people and the majority of newhires at (insert airline here without a TPIC (requirement) have TPIC, there's still the smattering of those without it.

2) For those lucky ones that do get in without TPIC or any other extensive qualifications, they STILL reap the financial rewards as those that DID have it.

You've been in this civilian pilot game long enough now to know its ALL about seniority, NOT flight experience that determines your pay/QOL after being hired.
