It's not that big of a deal as long as you can show that you learned from the situation. I have failed 3 rides, 2 at initial level and 1 at 121. 2 were orals one practical. I just finished background check and am waiting for phase 2 complete email. Explain them, what you learned and how you have progressed you will be ok. I have a friend waiting on a class date that failed his ATP ride. It's all about you and how you handled it. Good luck.
