Nope. On our new deal we signed in, we gave the company the right to negotiate a first year deal directly with SAPA. No longer does a first year increase go out to pilot wide vote. Now all they have to do is just get SAPA to sign off on any increase. And history has proven that a majority of SAPA wants to do what is best for the company, not necessarily the pilots.
