They can increase to $36.50 without asking. I'm saying that before first year pay was always part of the TA. In our latest deal, we gave away the right to vote on any first year pay increase. So management can increase to $36.50, but in the past they would have to have the pilots vote if they wanted to go higher. Now they just have to get SAPA to agree, and we know how difficult that will be....
