Mesa pays for you to go to a CTP course. I think XJT has one. And the ad that just popped up on this page said commutair does one or pays for one.
As far as interviewing I can't help you out with anyone but Mesa. They will "interview" you over the phone. And by interview I mean make sure you will meet ATP mins by start date, make sure you have a pulse, and make sure you can pass a background check. Not much else to it.
