How is the attrition at Air Wisconson? Are be legacies hiring, and do they hire FOs out of AWAC?

Comparing AWAC to the likes of TSA, CommutAir, Mesa, Piedmont. Everyone says go to PDT but PHL is too far of a drive from here.
