I read that. But the guy you quoted was not. He used to do recurrent ground stuff and was "ok" at it, checked the boxes I guess. I never had him for CPT or sim.
As for the Comair guys they hired a bunch of them as full time professional instructors awhile ago.
I actually take that as a compliment. If you had me for RGS (which everyone hates attending) and it was "ok" then that's fine with me. I appreciate you valuing my instruction capabilities based off of one, two day around school.
As for the three former Comair instructors that we currently have, I agree, they are nothing short of professional. They add tremendous value to our group. I'm glad they were hired.
