Considering how much money the company spent defending the numerous lawsuits and grievances filed by the IBT 357 and YX ALPA, I'd guess they may be reluctant to "cross-pollinate", and have another ticking time-bomb on the seniority list.

A few Midwest pilots were hired in 2009-10 with the agreement that they wouldn't exercise their integrated seniority list (SLI) seniority since the legality of the SLI hadn't been determined. As soon as they got off of probation they filed an ALPA backed dispute. The company (RAH management at the time) caved, and the ex-Midwest pilots bid under the SLI seniority for several months (not sure how long it actually was), and "upset" the legacy Frontier pilots a bit. The litigation surrounding that cost Frontier a ton of cash that didn't need to be spent. That mistake has been corrected by the courts and arbitrator, and they're back to bidding their DOH at Frontier. This is why we can't have nice things I suppose.

Frontier dropped pilots' email accounts last year, and discontinued the toll free customer service number in June (as have Spirit and Allegiant Frontier Airlines eliminates toll-free customer service calls - The Denver Post). We have to fight an expensive daily battle to enforce our contract when management tries to save cash by intentionally violating it. This Indigo management group isn't interested in making a move that has any chance of costing them an extra penny.

There was a brief time when a handful of RAH pilots resigned their positions at RAH, and were hired at DOH seniority by Frontier. They were welcomed to the property as all new-hires are. I've been told some RAH pilots have been interviewed since, but I wouldn't hold my breath waiting to be hired.

Sorry, but its the plain truth of the matter.
