I'll work that yoke for $135/year fourth year FO pay and nearly a $4 million contribution to my 401k over the course of my career, and the quality of life isn't so shabby at most legacies, it just takes a year or two.

Regardless, I love Spirit, and am incredibly fortunate to have a job at a solvent company. I do not love the pay and type of aircraft isn't in my top 30 reasons to choose an airline. That's just my prerogative, everyone's situation is different.
