I'd recommend you shoot for MSP. IAH to ORD is hub to hub for UA which is no bueno. Weather/flow delays slightly better in MSP. Pairings are slightly better in ORD overall, but suck in both junior domiciles at the junior end. You'll be in Houston I think before you could hold the better ORD trips. Obviously commuting to reserve will suck equally bad in both, hopefully it will be very short lived.

I don't commute out of IAH so someone who does may have better advice.
