Most companies used to take the time to walk through benefits or do sessions at the end of the year that would explain what was changing with the plans each year. Now it seems that all you get is some documentation and have to find out the hard way if something is not covered. Thankfully I don't need to use our insurance here since my spouse has better and cheaper coverage.

I would normally make some crack about being industry leading, but healthcare in general has taken a turn for the worse everywhere. But that discussion would dominate it's own thread.
