For those of you who recently posted crying about seeing a TA. Here's your wish. Now don't complain and whine about it being what it is "crap". Blaming the MEC negotiators for it is BS. They're backed against a wall with mgmt giving them nothing. At least when this is voted "No" mgmt will now know we mean business about our pay and better QOL. Have some sympathy and understanding for our MEC. I'm sure they looked at this TA and were just as disappointed as everyone else.
