I agree with all stated above. Basically, you can extend to 10 days, but you will still owe 5 R days. After open time is released, you can probably drop those days, but you will be charged for them on next month's 15th check.
As a local guy that sits reserve most of the time on the 11...I would try to drop those R days the second open time comes out. The last few months skeds has been really tight with the moves and drops after the first day.
