No, you're okay. I just don't believe in these contracts ANYMORE. Seems like the company will find a way around it or flat out violate it and make it go to arbitration where it takes even longer to sort out and in the mean time the company continues to violate the contract. So I say f@@@ it all.
Your 100 percent right on this ..The
problem with flow is keeping a current
staffing level without flowing the
company out of existence ..I can see
any regional with a flow program using
this as an excuse to keep pilots on
the property.
