I wonder if Patti in HR would release the number of pilots in the pool or release how many they interviewed in Oct and Jan.
It would be nice to have accurate numbers vs just guessing.

I really hope more than 1 OTS hire gets put into the 15 Sept class.

I don't understand how Delta and AA are essentially retiring about the same number of pilots yet Delta is training 100 a month and American is training 40-50 (1/3 of those being furloughed pilots returning). Is Delta growing that much more? Anyone care to guess when AA will begin training a 100/month? Percentage based LUS is retiring more than any of the Legacy carriers.
