September lines are out here at Envoy. A night and day improvement from previous months.
Lines with 16,17, and even 18 days off are back. Average days off at 14/15 days off. The company along with our Union went out of their way to build better schedules based off of feedback they have been receiving from pilots.
Improvements continue to unfold. Expect a large vacancy bid soon as well from what I'm hearing.
Without those surveys there is no way they could've know we wanted lines that consisted of more days off, and higher credit. Thank god we took surveys.
