Implemented a training pay for new hires until the completion of OE for the love of God why do we insist on selling out new hires. Small per diem increase and for some reason Canada still isn't considered international. no pay increases except first year to be $30 /hr after IOE and we keep the 1.5% COLA. I need to go through in better detail, but so far I think we can and should do much better.
