The message I get is that such a company doesn't really have its act together.
It reflects more on the hiring dept. I was hired on LUS side and I remember waiting 10 weeks to get a yes call! I wasn't even impressed with indoc in PHX but every experience I have had with the company AFTER Indoc has been positive from scheduling to sim training to dealing with the CPs. To those waiting to hear - hang in there...its a great place to work.
