I'm sorry but any RAH pilot that thinks this is a good deal when comparing it to 2015 SkyWest TA and 2015 AWAC TA is delusional.
Look at the details. For example for FOs..
RAH 2015 Offer FO 2nd year pay:
2015: $41.00
2017: $41.83
AWAC 2015 TA FO 2nd year pay
2015: $40.63
2017: $41.86
After 2 simple years they are already making more in a 50 seat jet than RAH FOs will in 76 seat jets. Moreover, their pay keeps going up every year by 1.5% indefinitely. RAH stops giving increases after 3 years.
Looking at the Group 1 payscale for CA (50 seat jets and Q400) AWAC 2015 is also higher after 2017 and will keep getting higher.
Do not fall for the trap. This offer has many concessions in exchange for very little gains.
