Fed up new F.O's are applying to Compass, Skywest, and various corporate gigs. I have never been dicked around by CT as badly as I have been this month. It's a blood bath of schedule changes and ****ed off pilots. Seriously, everyone is ****ed off in DFW. I watched one of my FO's pull out his laptop and fill out the app to Compass when he got pulled off a trip.
