Imagine getting through the process, waiting in the pool several months, finding out all of your fellow interview date poolies and many subsequent had all started class or been given dates before you politely call to have them discover that they LOST one piece of paper in your entire application and nothing was being done about it. Eventually a class date was assigned. Many seniority numbers lost due to a "glitch" on their end.
