All I'm saying is that pilots that dress like slobs and give cringeworthy PAs are not helping us. Since the passenger experience is tough to say the least, the best thing we can do is look and act like professionals. It's easy and goes a long way IMO
Yes Sir, I'm sure that's what matters to our passengers. Professional looking pilots.........as long as our low wage allows them that cheap seat.
