Has anybody figured out what happens if you have training or vacation the months you voluntarily choose STV or if your inversed into STV? TonyC since your on the MEC surely you guys have discussed that scenario. How does it work under the current CBA Section 11.

If I get STV Reserve line and protect min. days off for training do I lose my block of R days. Do I get a ticket to MEM for training? Do I lose pay if I dont train on days off?

If I have vacation for a months of STV, do I get a hotel while on vacation or do I have to jumpseat home? I have emailed FDX about these questions and no answers. Has the MEC asked contract administration how all the rules meld together to affect the crewmember. What the hell are our dues money going to if we cant come out with some real info on how this is going to affect us? This whole situation is frustrating.

The fact that they are asking us to trust them and the company is a joke. They were not asking us to trust them this time last year. What has really changed at FDX Corp that makes them so trustworthy. If I took a legal agreement with so many things unanswered to my attorney he would laugh!
