Friendly no doubt, but def left seat mind set, far from how the military does it these days. UAL may have introduced CRM, but I honestly think the mil guys have fewer egos nowdays. Don't believe me, ask to taxi and do the left seat stuff when it's your turn to fly.
REALLY.?? (I do agree about those tools with min time as fo's & who are just plain DB; but really - to lump the Entire CA rank in that clueless & lucky group is pathetic).
May I ask if you are CA typed / Left seat assigned / bid / Awarded a Left seat line, Pay, & schedule?
Get over Your Ego.
Just cause every CA out there don't let you taxi out,do Their flows, calls, etc, ect; doesn't mean they got EGO. It means they are Following the FOM, and performing their duties according to company & FAA policy.
Why don't you ask to do that the next time you fly with a Check Airman?
I'm sure they will hook you up.
Welcome to FRONTIER.
