Pretty sure CRM was introduced at UAL back in the early 80's.
Sounds like you are referring to the military's use of human factors boards which hasn't reached airline use yet as far as I've been familiar with.
Hope you enjoy your career at Frontier, and maybe you can be the one to show the other Frontier pilots that it's OK to have prior military in your ranks.
No problem I have no issues with being corrected, and I appreciate the dialogue. That being said we are both wrong in a sense. NASA actually did the initial studies with the FAA then adopting a regulatory platform and finally UAL doing the first formal training. So all in all I was still wrong but now everyone has more useless information with which to kick useful penguins off the iceberg.
