Ok, that is why we have judgement. If I were still flying the 767-300's, in my judgement, a 25 flap landing is much less safe than 30, and WE would not be doing 25 flaps in the 767-300. Newsflash, TK puts lots of things that are less safe in the manuals because flt ops tells them to and it saves money.
Don't believe everything in the books. Use some of that judgement.
