As I understand it, it means they are not interested in your application. If your app was "active," it would allow you to make changes.
I hope I am wrong, but if you search the APC forum on this I think you will find it correct.
I just created a completely new app with a different email address, and the process repeated itself with the error messages.
The only thing I can fathom is that I listed PIC and instructor time separately, but that was simply following the instructions for flight time.
It tells me my status is 'on file'.
Anyone else run into similar circumstances?
