Never been at a company that didn't ask for favors. You're on reserve, what do you think happens during a irop, sick calls, etc.? Trips move, cancel and stuff pops up, it's an airline. Wow... I'm pretty sure that kellwolf has been accused of being a juicer before and even if he was you win. Reserve sucks here. It's great for people who live in base but being escalated and having to sit for days on end in a crash pad and not fly sucks too.
Line holding increased QOL by a lot. I suppose you don't think we should spend any negotiating capital on making reserve better than a flowchart in the FSM?
