That was other great thing he was telling me about management thinks the pilot shortage is only going to last two maybe three years. And then it will be easy to get pilots again.
KB told me at Scott Martins Memorial Service, that "There is no pilot shortage"
Per my contact at ALPA national age 67 is in the immediate future, which will only kick the can down the road for a couple of more years.
Remember the pilot shortage was indirectly engineered by the very people who have the solution to the problem at their disposal.
Money, lots of it.
