Man you just keep squawking away without listening. The only place with a 7 year upgrade that I can think of is... Envoy. RAH is currently sitting a little over 2.5 years to upgrade. That will drop with a new contract. I think someone is getting nervous about more of envoys FO's leaving if someone has something TANGIBLE to offer like more money and a quick upgrade instead of a flow pipe
Nobody makes lateral moves to Republic and $40/hr isn't going to change that. Most lateral movers are seeking a one year or less upgrade, and while flying was shifting around, it was possible to find. Things are slowing down on the front now though.
Career progression and a stable company are what new pilots are looking for. The only reason RAH got so many newbies was because of the 175. Lots of airlines fly the 175 now though.
Y'all are in a world of trouble whether this passes or not. I'm hoping for the best for my friends over there.
