The ERJ is way more advanced and for me, being typed on it opens up other opportunities that the CRJ will not. Also ive got a fridnd that flew the crj for skwest for 4 years and a few months ago switched to the erj. He says its a world of difference. He isnt working his but off by doing multiple legs per day. He does 2 legs 3 days a week
. SEA -MCI-SEA. He has lot more free time and a better QOL than he had on the crj
Yeah, sounds like longer trips, fewer legs would be easier. Nice problem to have.
