Nothing has changed for Delta pilots at all. No screening in the parking lots, but the rampers and other employees get checked if they go into a bus stop. So basically, if they don't want to be checked they just stand behind the bus stops until bus arrives. Then they bypass screening and get on the bus. The new screening is really a joke.
