not necassarily... pinnacle positive spaces you to the interview but skywest made my buddy fly standby, and they lost his luggage...
and according to alot of people skywest is better than pinnacle. i just think we are more desperate for pilots.
No SKW has been doing positive space for some time now...We're a bit short on pilots too.
