The upgrade time is based off the most recent vacancy. All the pilots hired between 2012-14 are included. Uncertainty here is an absolute reality, but if this passes (in one form or another), people will come here. We have 53 more united aircraft arriving over the next 2 years and another 10 for delta. There are only 16 Q,s left to be retired. The upgrade will drop as people come in the door. I stand by my argument, people will come for the money and the upgrade. Both should be a reality soon.
People will come for the upgrade and money? Dude....What money?!? There is no money! This proposed cba is not comparable to AWAC or Skywest, to name a couple. Like I said before there will never be some sudden magical flock of pilots coming here for a few extra thousand a year on 1st year pay when compared to better places. The biggest source a place like RAH has to tap from are flight instructors. Most people already in this industry are privy to how a place like RAH is run and will stay far away. Sounds like from this latest union email none of what you were hoping for will happen anyhow
