As other regionals continue to negotiate, get new TAs and contracts and attract the few pilots out there with quick upgrades and more pay, we will be left standing with our pants down still hoping for good news, new airplanes and and the promised 20/month upgrades while SkyWest continues to grow and take over more flying.
